For the second year, Manofim Festival invites you to step into artists’ working space: the studio. The artist’s studio is where inspiration becomes an idea, and like in a magic spell, thoughts come to life and take a tangible form. In contrast with display venues, in the studio, visitors do not encounter the exhibition or finished product, but get to see the raw materials, textures, sources of inspirations, and experimentations that were removed in the editing process.

​This year, the visit to the studios will revolve around the subject of “Rituals.” During the visit, the artists will take you on a journey in which you will get to know and take part in the different rituals carried out in the studio: from small actions, like cleaning and tidying the space, to preparation work, like mixing paint and materials, to the adoption of meticulous and labor intensive artistic techniques.

This is a unique opportunity to peek behind the curtain, get to know the hidden layers of the artwork, and even take part in the actual artistic action.

للسنة الثانية يفتح مهرجان منوفيم أمامكم الغرف التي يعمل فيها الفنانون: الاستوديوهات. استوديو الفنان هو المكان الذي يتحوّل فيه الإلهام إلى فكرة، وكما السحر تُبعث الأفكار حيّة، وتلبسُ شكلا محسوسا. على خلاف صالات العرض، لا يجد الزوار في فضاء الاستوديو معرض او عمل متكامل وإنما يصادفون مواد خام، بنية، مصادر إلهام والتجارب التي شُطِبت خلال التحرير.1

ستتمحور زيارات هذا العام حول مصطلح ”الطقوس“. سيأخذكم الفنانون خلال زيارتكم في رحلة لتتعرفوا على، وتشاركوا في الطقوس المختلفة التي تحدث في الاستوديو: من الأشياء الصغيرة، كتنظيف المكان وترتيبه؛ إلى التحضيرات، كمزج الألوان والمواد، وحتى اعتماد التقنيات الفنيّة المجهدة والدقيقة.1

انها فرصة فريدة من نوعها لإلقاء نظرة وراء الكواليس، للتعرف على الطبقات الخفية للعمل وللمشاركة في العمل الفني نفسه.1

זו השנה השנייה שפסטיבל מנופים פותח בפניכם את הדלת אל תוך חדרי העבודה של האמנים: הסטודיות. הסטודיו של האמן הוא מקום בו ההשראה הופכת לרעיון, וכמו במעשי כשפים, המחשבות קמות לתחייה ולובשות צורה ממשית. בשונה מחללי התצוגה, בסטודיו המבקרים אינם נחשפים לתערוכה או יצירה מוגמרת אלא פוגשים את חומרי הגלם, הטקסטורות, מקורות ההשראה וההתנסויות שנפלו בעריכה.1

השנה, יתמקד הביקור בסטודיות במושג "ריטואל". במהלך הביקור יקחו אתכם האמנים למסע בו תוכלו להכיר ולהשתתף בטקסים השונים המתקיימים בסטודיו: מפעולות קטנות, כמו ניקיון וסידור המרחב; דרך עבודת הכנה, כמו ערבוב הצבעים והחומרים, ועד אימוץ של טכניקות אמנותיות עמלניות וקפדניות.1

זוהי הזדמנות ייחודית וחד פעמית להציץ אל מאחורי הקלעים, להכיר את הרבדים הסמויים של היצירה ואף לקחת חלק בפעולה האמנותית עצמה.1
