The Art Cube Artists' Studios invite your children to two enriching and fun art workshops in the spirit of Hanukkah. This time we will explore together lights and shadows through sculpture, drawing and collage techniques by famous artists and masterpieces.
The workshops will be led by Jerusalem-based artist Oryan Galster Oren, who work in the Art Cube Artists' Studios. A multi-disciplinary artist engaged in painting, sculpture, photography, video and installation, and Mother of Halleli. The workshops are suitable for ages 5-10 and will take place between the hours: 10:00 - 11:00 *The number of places is limited, it is recommended to complete your registration in advance and **The workshop will be held online in Zoom Monday, December 14, 2020, 10:00 am In this workshop, parents and children are invited to create together a useful artwork in the spirit of Hanukkah that will play in between painting and the unique character of the candle light. Together we will draw inspiration from artists that have used light and shadows in their work and create a pictorial stand for a candle, from materials available to us at home. Wednesday, December 16, 2020, 10:00 am In this workshop, parents and children are invited to create together an artwork inspired by the spirit of Hanukkah. We will drive inspiration by Matisse and create cutout collages and turn the windows of our house into an art gallery that will shine out, especially in these days of closure. |
