Tsila Hayun has been the Head of the Visitor Culture and Exhibitions Division at the National Library of Israel since 2016. In this role, she was responsible for the comprehensive curation of the visitor experience in the new National Library building, including the establishment of exhibition areas and the creation of a public visiting infrastructure.
She also founded and managed the Hotam Company, which operated for about 20 years in the cultural sector. The company specialized in developing content for cultural projects and institutions, curating, and strategic consulting. Hotam focused on literature, book culture, and art activities, working with numerous cultural institutions across Israel and creating many diverse projects in its areas of expertise. Exhibition Space at the National Library – From Vision to Reality The new National Library of Israel has become a significant visitors’ center, attracting thousands of people annually. Establishing a museum-like exhibition space in the library was an ambitious and unconventional initiative, unique in its vision, values, and implementation. In this lecture, Tsila will discuss the process of crafting this vision, the milestones achieved, and the challenges faced during the journey. She will also delve into the innovative approaches and solutions developed by the team to create this distinctive and impactful exhibition space. |
تشغل منصب رئيسة قسم ثقافة الزوار والمعارض في المكتبة الوطنية منذ عام 2016. ضمن هذه الوظيفة ، كانت مسؤولة عن التنظيم الشامل لتجربة الزوار في الموقع الجديد للمكتبة الوطنية . مناطق العرض والتجربة فيها، وإنشاء بنية تحتية لزيارة الجمهور للمكتبة الوطنية.1
أسست وأدارت شركة خوتم - تجربة ثقافية، وهي شركة عملت منذ حوالي 20 عاماً في مجال الثقافة. وشاركت في تطوير المحتوى للمشاريع والمؤسسات الثقافية، والتنظيم والاستشارات الاستراتيجية. الشركة متخصصة في ثقافة الكتاب والفن. رافقت الشركة العديد من المؤسسات الثقافية في جميع أنحاء البلاد وأنشأت العديد من المشاريع المتنوعة في مجالات خبرتها.1 مساحة العرض في المكتبة الوطنية – من الرؤية إلى التنفيذ تعد المكتبة الوطنية في موقعها الجديد مركزًا للزوار يجذب عدة آلاف سنويًا. إن إنشاء مساحة عرض متحفية في المكتبة ليس عملاً واضحًا. وهي فريدة في رؤيتها وقيمها وتحقيقها. منطقة المعرض فريدة من نوعها في إسرائيل وفي العالم. صُنع أثناء السعي لتحقيق التميز وتلبية أعلى المعايير. سأتحدث في المحاضرة عن تشكيل الرؤية، المعالم، والمعضلات والأسئلة الكبيرة التي رافقت الفريق، والإجابات والمقاربات التي تشكلت في هذا العمل الفريد.1 |
צילה חיון מכהנת כראשת אגף תרבות מבקרים ותערוכות בספרייה הלאומית מאז שנת 2016. בתפקדה זה הייתה אחראית לאוצרות כוללת של חווית המבקרים במשכנה החדש של הספרייה הלאומית, הקמת אזורי התערוכות והחוויה שבה ויצירת תשתית ביקורים לקהל.
יסדה וניהלה את חברת חותם – חוויה תרבות מקום שפעלה כ- 20 שנה בתחום התרבות, ועסקה בפיתוח תוכן לפרויקטים ולמוסדות תרבות , באוצרות וביעוץ אסטרטגי. החברה התמחתה בפעילות תרבות הספר ואומנות. החברה ליוותה מוסדות תרבות רבים מאד בכל רחבי הארץ ויצרה פרויקטים רבים ומגוונים בתחומי התמחותה.1 מרחב תערוכות בספרייה הלאומית – מחזון למימוש הספרייה הלאומית במשכנה החדש היא מרכז מבקרים השאוב אליו אלפים רבים מידי שנה. הקמת מרחב תערוכות מוזיאליות בספרייה אינו מעשה מובן מאליו. והוא ייחודי בחזונו, בערכיו ובמימושו. איזור התערוכות הוא ייחודי בישראל ובעולם. נעשה תוך שאיפה למצוינת ועמידה בסטנדרטים גבוהים ביותר. בהרצאה אספר על יצירת החזון, על אבני הדרך, על הדילמות והשאלות הגדולות שליוו את הצוות, ואת התשובות והגישות שנתגבשו במעשה ייחודי זה. 1 |
