In the heart of the Talpiot industrial area, at the urban seam between the eastern and western parts of the city, near the Palestinian neighborhood of Beit Safafa and the Jewish neighborhoods of Gonenim (Katamonim) and Mekor Chaim, we have created a new space for intercultural encounters. A space that combines art, education, sustainability, and community. A place of permanence inviting you to meet, engage, and partner with others. You are invited to join as activists, participants, in the community rooftop garden, in art workshops for the whole family, in intercultural meetings, in community initiatives, and in events focused on dialogue, learning, and language exchange.
Bustana – a rooftop space for live encounters, creativity and meaning Our bustan (the Arabic word for garden) is a vibrant and breathing space, filled with scents, tastes, and colors, where we will grow fruit trees, seedlings, vegetables, and herb bushes. It is a physical and metaphorical garden inviting us to walk through it, observe, dare, discover, explore, and experience new realms of flavors, scents, and experiences, to expand our cultural and sensory horizons and to grow connections, ideas, dreams, and shared lives. |
في قلب منطقة تلبيوت الصناعية، عند النقطة الحضرية الفاصلة بين شرق المدينة وغربها، وبالقرب من حي بيت صفافا الفلسطيني والأحياء اليهودية غونينيم (قطمون) وماكور حاييم، أنشأنا مساحة جديدة للقاء بين الثقافات. مساحة تجمع بين الفن، التعليم، الاستدامة والمجتمع. مكان دائم يدعوكم للمشاركة والعمل والشراكة. أنتم مدعوون للانضمام كفاعلين/فاعلات، ومشاركين/مشاركات، في حديقة السطح المجتمعية، في ورش الفن لجميع أفراد العائلة، في اللقاءات بين الثقافات، في المبادرات المجتمعية وفعاليات الحوار، التعلم وتبادل اللغات
بستانا – سطح حي للقاء، الإبداع والمعنى، بستاننا هو مساحة حية تتنفس، مليئة بالرائحة، الطعم واللون، حيث سنزرع أشجار الفاكهة، شتلات، خضروات وشجيرات توابل. إنها حديقة مادية ومجازية تدعونا للتجول فيها، التأمل، الجرأة، الاكتشاف، الاستكشاف والتجربة في عوالم جديدة من الأذواق، الروائح والتجارب، لتوسيع آفاقنا الثقافية والحسية وتنمية العلاقات، الأفكار، الأحلام والحياة المشتركة |
בלב אזור התעשייה תלפיות, בתפר העירוני שבין מזרח העיר ומערבה, סמוך לשכונה הפלסטינית בית צפאפא ולשכונות היהודיות גוננים (קטמונים) ומקור חיים, יצרנו מרחב חדש למפגש בין-תרבותי. מרחב המשלב אמנות, חינוך, קיימות וקהילה. מקום קבע המזמין אתכם.ן למפגש, עשייה ושותפות. מוזמנים ומוזמנות להצטרף כפעילים וכפעילות, כמשתתפים וכמשתתפות בגינת הגג הקהילתית, בסדנאות אמנות לכל המשפחה, במפגשים בין-תרבותיים, ביוזמות קהילתיות ובאירועי שיח, למידה וחילופי שפות.1
בוסתנא – גג חי למפגש, יצירה ומשמעות הבוסתן שלנו הוא מרחב חי ונושם, גדוש ריח, טעם וצבע, שבו נצמיח עצי פרי, שתילים, ירקות ושיחי תבלין. זהו גן פיזי ומטאפורי המזמין אותנו להתהלך בו, להתבונן, להעז, לגלות, לחקור ולהתנסות בעולמות חדשים של טעמים, ריחות וחוויות, להרחיב את האופקים התרבותיים והחושיים שלנו ולהצמיח קשרים, רעיונות, חלומות וחיים משותפים.1 |
